How long do TigerNet accounts remain active?

Once a TigerNet account is activated it remains active until an enrollment check indicates the need to delete the account.  These checks are run in mid September and late January of each year.  Accounts remain active if the person is enrolled at that time of the check or has received a degree from UWA in the past 6 months.

The MS Exchange email address book is limited the person’s first and last name. When duplicate names appear, it is best to go to the University online directory found as a link of the home page or accessed directly at http://directory.uwa.edu. The directory contains names with initials. Students also have their major and classification listed. Due to privacy concerns, we are unable to provide additional information on the directory that may assist in determining the correct person to email when the names are the same.
