If you need assistance with accessing an electronic service at the University, you may either email helpdesk@uwa.edu or request assistance in person at the Information Systems window in room 125 in Webb Hall. Alternatively, you may call the help desk at: (205) 652-3562 to request assistance. Information Systems' office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except University holidays. If you need assistance after hours, you may leave a voice-mail at the help desk number or you may send an email. You should expect a response within eight business hours.
