All laboratory computer printing is managed by an automated printing system.  There are high quality laser printers available in the Library and all computer labs on the UWA campus.  Color printing and high volume printing (100 pages or more) is also available in the Printing Department, Webb Hall 116.  Student are able to request a document to be printed from any laboratory location on campus and moments later have the ability to print that job at any "print station" on campus (print jobs are automatically purged if left in the print system more than four hours).

This system charges are used to purchase paper, toner, and new printers, as well as maintain existing printers.  There are "add value" stations available in the Library and the Wallace Hall.  These machines accept US currency in the denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20 dollar bills.  In addition, cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted at the Student Accounts Office during regular business hours.  Minimum amount of funds that may be added to accounts by the Student Accounts Office is $20.

Students should use good judgment about how much money they place on this system.  Once funds are added to this system, no refunds are allowed (Cases involving withdrawal from school due to hardship may be appealed to the Director of Information Systems for refunds).  Funds in accounts that are inactive for more than twelve months will be claimed by the University.
